1. Standard Bookings

Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

2. No-Show Policy

In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.

3. Early Departure

If the guest leaves earlier than planned, the full booking amount remains non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Offers (Special Promotions / SPO)

Some special rates and promotions are non-refundable.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Group Bookings

Separate cancellation terms may apply for group reservations and will be shared in the contract.

6. Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may involve rate differences.
